Ordering
To place an order please e-mail us with the codes of the product you are wishing to purchase. On receipt of your order we will invoice you within 48hrs with a total price, including carriage and insurance.

Please send full payment on receipt of invoice and once payment has been received your order will be confirmed.

Payment
We can accept payment by cheque, debit card or credit card.

International customers can transfer monies into our bank account, full details of our bank account, including IBAN codes will be provided along with the invoice.

Chandelier Delivery
On your delivery arriving at our premises in Edinburgh, we will check all the parts and forward them with our secure courier service to your home address. The Crystal Chandelier Company Ltd will monitor the progress of your chandeliers transport, and on normal delivery it should be with you between 4-7 days of dispatch from Edinburgh.

Mirror Delivery
Mirrors can be delivered within a 100 mile radius of Edinburgh. A Delivery Charge will apply depending on destination and mirror size.  When placing your order a quote will be issud if you require this service.

Fitting can also be arranged this will depend on the size and weight of the mirror.

If you wish to arrange your own transport we are happy to liaise with your transport company. Should you use your own transport company you will have to arrange your own insurance.

Assembly & Fitting
An assembly & fitting service is offered for UK customers, please contact us for a quote, as this will vary due to location and size of chandeliers.
