Terms & Delivery


To place an order please e-mail us with the codes of the product you are wishing to purchase. On receipt of your order we will invoice you within 48hrs with a total price, including carriage and insurance.
Please send full payment on receipt of invoice and once payment has been received your order will be confirmed.


We can accept payment by cheque, debit card or credit card.
International customers can transfer monies into our bank account, full details of our bank account, including IBAN codes will be provided along with the invoice.

Chandelier Delivery

If you wish to arrange your own transport we are happy to liaise with your transport company. Should you use your own transport company you will have to arrange your own insurance.
On your delivery arriving at our premises in Edinburgh, we will check all the parts and forward them with our secure courier service to your home address. The Crystal Chandelier Company Ltd will monitor the progress of your chandeliers transport, and on normal delivery it should be with you between 4-7 days of dispatch from Edinburgh.

Warranty and Guarantee

The Crystal Chandelier Company is fully insured and guarantees that the product that you purchased will reach you in perfect condition.
Should this not be the case The Crystal Chandelier Company undertakes to replace the product or part or refund monies in full on return of the product to our premises.
All our products carry a 24 month warranty against manufacturing faults, defective materials from the date of purchase. (light bulbs are excluded)
Should any fault occur during this 24 month period the Crystal Chandelier Company will replace or repair the faulty part or product.
There are a number of exclusions but each request will be viewed on its merit.

Examples of Exclusions

Product damaged during installation by persons other that the Crystal Chandelier Company Ltd.
Products transported after delivery to designated delivery address.
Products installed in an unsuitable area (i.e. above cooker or shower etc)
Damage caused by disassembly by persons other that the Crystal Chandelier Company Limited or an agent employed by them.
Damage caused by Fire Flood or Natural Disaster
Damage caused by alterations or modification.
In most cases damage is caused by accidents, ie arms or cups get broken accidentally by children playing with a ball, husbands practising their golf swings indoors( yes this has happened), decorators with ladders. Please do not worry our Crystal Chandelier parts can be replaced from our factory at relatively small cost to you the customer.

Returns Policy/Money Back Conditions:

The product must be undamaged and returned in the original packaging is and resalable condition
Product must be returned within 14 days of receipt
The Crystal Chandelier Company will only refund the purchase cost of the goods not the postage and packaging
Monies will be refunded after the product has been checked. There will be no cash on delivery service on returns.
